Hose packages are a relief for every team during interior attacks. Laying hose reserves in the event of a fire means losing valuable time. The hose package provides a solution here: hollow jet pipe and C-hose are combined into a hose package and carried on the vehicle ready for use.

The package can be carried over the shoulder; both hands of the emergency worker are free. The coil is connected to the distributor in front of the site of the incident, remains filled with water and unwinds itself as it advances. The hose spiral can also be leaned against a wall for support and guided along stairs and narrow corridors.

However, winding by hand can cause hose packages to differ in length, quality and shape. This results in an increased risk of injury from tripping or banging couplings. Two people are required. Winding by hand is very time-consuming.
