Spencer Basket Stretcher BOSTON PRO, incl. Spineboard ROCK

The combination basket stretcher and spineboard offers several advantages, especially for rescues in inaccessible terrain. The patients free movement is restricted automatically, so immobilization and securing of the patient is much easier, specifically for height and water rescue. Thanks to the releasable spineboard the complete combination is floatable. The aluminium frame is light and high torsion-resistant.
