When materials and liquids need to be cleaned and filtered during operations before being discharged into sewer systems or bodies of water, the ULTRA pre-separator is the ideal equipment for firefighters.

Mounted in front of the suction side of the HYDRA series firefighting vacuums, the ULTRA pre-separator separates everything that needs to be filtered during operations. Separation of large particles is done by gravity - sucked in suspended particles sink in the tank and remain on the bottom. Filtration with the perforated aluminum filter screen and sponge filter stops coarse particles before they reach the firefighter's vacuum. Blockages in the suction unit of the vacuum cleaner are thus effectively avoided.

The ULTRA pre-separator is also ideally suited for use in the event of oil spills. For example, spilled oil binding agents or other granulates are sucked in and filtered out in the pre-separator before they reach the firefighters' vacuum cleaner. The contaminated material in the container can thus be disposed of at the appropriate collection points after use.

The ULTRA pre-separator can be optionally equipped with a pneumatic trolley, which not only significantly improves mobility, but also facilitates easy emptying / disposal of the accumulated liquids and materials after use.
