The 4AA Surefoot offers very special advantages with the dual beam. The main light beam (170 lm) is bundled forward, for a bright, pinpoint illumination. A second cone of light (20 lm) exits from the side of the head of the lamp and is directed downwards. Obstacles on the ground, bumps and other pitfalls in front of you are thus better visible. Even documents, plans, etc. can be illuminated glare-free with this additional light.
