The Key-Bak Ratch-it locks the extension at 12 cm intervals and is therefore ideal for securing machine keys or small tools. The key reel is made in the USA and has a robust polycarbonate housing and a retractable rope made of DuPont Kevlar® fiber.
Attach your keys or small tools to the key ring and attach the carabiner to your belt clip, work belt or backpack. When you need your keys or tools, simply pull them out to the length of rope you need and the key reel will automatically lock. When you're done, give the rope a gentle tug and release. The Kevlar cord will retract completely.
If you need to use your keys and tools frequently and don't want them under tension while in use, then the Ratch-it is the best option for you.
