Return to rescue-tec

1. Log into the rescue-tec online shop with your access data.
   
   
2. Under "My Account" go to Orders. Here you will find your orders sorted by dates.
   
   
3. With the desired order you will find the button “Return” under “Actions”.
   
   
4. Select the items that you want to return, enter the quantity and the reason for the return and click on "Create return".
   
   
5. Print out the return form.
   
   
6. Print out the DHL label. If you have a shipment from outside of Germany, please contact us at [email protected].
   
   
7. Pack the items carefully and enclose the return form with your shipment.
