The Ruth Lee manikin for water rescue is used on many ships during regular "MOB exercises". It was developed in cooperation with the British Maritime Search and Rescue Service and the City of Manchester Fire Brigade with the aim of training rescue operations on water and in the event of accidents near water.
The water rescue manikin simulates an unconscious person floating in water. It is designed to float in an almost vertical position in the water, with only the head and shoulders visible. The plastic strip inside provides sufficient stability in the back so that the dummy does not bend when lifted. It therefore behaves like a real casualty and makes your exercises even more realistic.
The colored features of the coverall (red front - face and yellow back - back of the head) help the trainer to recognize whether the lifeguard is acting correctly, even at a distance.
The coverall also has pockets that can be easily filled with buoyancy bodies during the exercise, taking the exercise scenario to a whole new level.
All panels can be removed individually for diving exercises.
