Upper Material
Suede leather 2.8 – 3.0 mm thick, hydrophobic, breathable (5.0 mg/cm²/h)

Inner Lining
GORE-TEX Performance; waterproof and breathable. Highly abrasion-resistant lining with fleece midlayer. Optimized climate comfort for all year seasons and excessive use. Increased chemical protection.

Non-woven insole
Non-woven insole absorbs moisture

Insert
Moisture wicking comfort insert with cushioning effect properties. Separate heel cup ensures optimized cushioning and foot guidance. "AIRFLOW" channels. "Perfect- Fit" marking for optimized boot size choice.

HAIX Protective sole
Flexible, lightweight metal sole insert preventing punctures (patent pending).

Sole
Lightweight rubber/PU sole in a sports style with sturdy road/rough terrain profile and enhanced toe-to-heel support; wear-resistant with excellent anti-slip properties - even in cold weather. The lightweight PU shock absorption wedge provides extra walking comfort and excellent thermal insulation. The flame-resistant outer sole is non-marking according to EN 15090:2012 and offers excellent resistance against heat, oil and fuels. Ist bright yellow signal marks are visible even through thick smoke.

HAIX Arch Support System
Optimal ankle support and shock absorption in the arch provided by an anatomically formed last; good foot guidance and proper hold thanks to narrow heel and ankle shaft combined with added comfort through broad front foot area.

HAIX 2-Zone Lacing
Two Zone Lacing System enables a separate adjustment of the boot to the foot and leg area.

HAIX Vario Wide Fit System
The width of the shoe can be individually adjusted by three different insoles. The shoe is supplied with a red insole (medium). A yellow insole (wide) and blue insole (narrow) can be ordered separately.

HAIX Climate System
The HAIX Climate system uses the pumping movement, which permits air circulation with every step – moist air is released and fresh air comes in through the Micro-Dry lining / vent holes at the top of the boot.
